Ahmad Sulaeman, MS, C.Ht, Guru Besar Bidang Keamanan Pangan &amp; Gizi di Fakultas Ekologi Manusia (FEMA) IPB, dan peserta pada webinar kali ini mencapai 340, dan datang dari kalangan&nbsp;<em>Nutritionist &amp; Dietitians.</em></p>

<p>Di masa pandemi COVID-19 seperti sekarang ini, masyarakat Indonesia sangat khawatir akan kondisi penyakit degeneratif, seperti Hipertensi, dan sistem imun pada diri masing-masing, karena mempengaruhi proses pemulihan jika terkena virus COVID-19. <p><strong>Jakarta</strong> &ndash; Perusahaan penyedap rasa asal Jepang, Ajinomoto Co mengembangkan teknologi pendeteksi kanker yang diberi nama Amino Index Risk Screening atau AIRS. Dari data rilis resmi Ajinomoto Co., Inc.-Jepang dijelaskan, AIRS memanfaatkan teknologi asam amino. Berdasarkan sejarah panjang penelitian Ajinomoto terhadap asam amino, diketahui bahwa keseimbangan konsentrasi asam amino dalam darah berubah untuk menunjukkan tingkat kesehatan seseorang.</p>

<p>Hal ini kemudian mengarah ke pengembangan teknologi pemeriksaan kanker praktis, yang dapat meningkatkan kemungkinan pendeteksian bila digabungkan dengan tes pemeriksaan lainnya. <p>Pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin telah menjadi tren di masyarakat, termasuk di negara Jepang. Kondisi inilah yang dinilai Ajinomoto membuat usia masyarakat Jepang lebih panjang. <p>Menurut Prasetyo, pada dasarnya ini merupakan teknik blanching. Blanching adalah proses memasak di mana makanan dimasukkan ke dalam air mendidih dalam waktu yang sebentar.</p>

<p>Untuk melakukan metode 5-30-7 ini, pertama kamu harus mempersiapkan panci yang diisi air. Setelah itu, didihkan air sampai benar-benar mendidih.</p>

<p>Lalu masukkan daging yang akan dimasak ke dalam panci berisi air mendidih tersebut. Kemudian masak daging selama 5 menit.</p>

<p>Setelah 5 menit, matikan api kompor lalu tutup panci dengan rapat. Biarkan daging selama kurang lebih 30 menit di dalam panci.</p>
