Ingredients
  • 500g mashed fried potato
  • 5 red onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tsp finely sliced celery
  • ½ teaspoon of AJI-NO-MOTO®
  • 2 eggs (1 egg mixed with patties mixture, 1 egg beaten to mix the cakes before frying)
  • Sufficiently salt & sugar
How To Cook

Step 1

Heat the oil, saute onion and garlic until tender and tender, then mash finely.

Step 2

Masukkan kentang tumbuk dengan tumisan bawang, merica, seledri dan 1 butir telur. Aduk rata. Beri AJI‑NO‑MOTO®, garam dan gula.

Step 3

Add mashed potatoes with sauteed onion, pepper, celery and 1 egg. Stir well. Give AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and sugar.

Step 4

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, dip the cakes into the egg beaten, fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve.
