  • 2.5 gr Salt
  • 1 gr AJI-NO-MOTO®
  • 1 Tablespoon of Margarine
  • 1 Lemon
  • 8 cloves of Garlic (Puree)
How To Cook

Step 1

Coat the fish with Lemon

 

Step 2

Mix fish with ground spices, pepper, salt and Ajinomoto mix well. Marinate the curl for 15 minutes

 

Step 3
