  • 1 Lemongrass, crushed
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 segment of Galangal, grated
  • 2 tablespoon of Cooking Oil
  • 150 ml Water
  • 2 tablespoon of Brown Sugar
  • 3 g Salt
  • 3 g AJI‑NO‑MOTO®
  • 1/2 bunch of Basil
  • 6 Shallots (Puree)
  • 4 Garlics (Puree)
  • 3 Candlenuts (Puree)
  • 1 Teaspoon (Puree)
  • 2 segments of turmeric (Puree)
How To Cook

Step 1

Heat Teflon, roast the mashed spices until sour. Add the oil and mix well

 

Step 2

Put in the lemongrass, galangal bay leaves, mix well until wilted

 

Step 3
