Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken Breast Without Skin, Diced
- 6 Shallots, sliced
- 4 Garlics, sliced
- 2 Lemongrass, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 Red Chillies without Seeds, sliced
- 2 Green Tomatoes, cut into 4 pieces
- 3 gram Salt
- 3 gram AJI‑NO‑MOTO®
- 3 Cucumber Tree / Bilimbi, cut
- 150 ml Low Fat Milk
- 400 ml Water (to boil the Chicken)
- 2 tablespoon of Cooking Oil
How To Cook
Step 1
Boil the chicken until cooked, set aside. Don't waste the chicken stock
Step 2
Saute shallots, garlic, bay leaf chilies, lemongrass until fragrant. Add 150 ml of chicken stock. Put the chicken, add the starfruit, green tomatoes, Ajinomoto salt, mix well.
Step 3
Add low fat milk. Cook until slightly reduced.
