Ingredients
  • 100 g Spinach
  • 100 g Beansporut
  • 100 g Cabbage
  • 75 g Grated Coconut
  • 1 Banana Leaf
  • 4 g Salt
  • 1 g AJI-NO-MOTO®
  • 1 teaspoon of Sugar
  • 5 Shallots (Puree)
  • 4 Cloves of garlic (Puree)
  • 6 Curly Red Chillies (Puree)
  • 1 cm galangal (Puree)
How To Cook

Step 1

Prepare all ingredients, boil spinach, kool, toge and remove and set aside

 

Step 2

Puree shallots, garlic, chilies, galangal

 

Step 3

Mix the ground spices on grated coconut, add salt, Ajinomoto, sugar, stir well. Wrap with banana leaves, Steam for 10-15 minutes

 

Step 4

Prepare the boiled vegetables, mix well with the steamed spices. Serve
