- 100 g Cabbage
- 75 g Grated Coconut
- 1 Banana Leaf
- 4 g Salt
- 1 g AJI-NO-MOTO®
- 1 teaspoon of Sugar
- 5 Shallots (Puree)
- 4 Cloves of garlic (Puree)
- 6 Curly Red Chillies (Puree)
- 1 cm galangal (Puree)
How To Cook
Step 1
Prepare all ingredients, boil spinach, kool, toge and remove and set aside
Step 2
Puree shallots, garlic, chilies, galangal
Step 3
Mix the ground spices on grated coconut, add salt, Ajinomoto, sugar, stir well. Wrap with banana leaves, Steam for 10-15 minutes
Step 4
