Ingredients
  • 200 gr Skinless Fillet Chicken Breast
  • ½ Crushed Ginger
  • 3 Clove of Garlic,(1 crushed, 2 sliced)
  • 3 Sliced Red Onions
  • 1 Lemongrass, take the white part and slice
  • 0.75 g Salt
  • 0.75 g AJI‑NO‑MOTO®
  • 2 tablespoon of Cooking Oil
  • 1.5 liter water
How To Cook

Step 1

Heat the water and add 1 garlic clove and ginger that has been crushed. After boiling, enter the cooked chicken breast until cooked. Remove and shred aside.

 

Step 2

Heat oil, saute shallots, garlic, lemongrass, chilies until fragrant

 

Step 3

Put the shredded chicken. Add Salt and Ajinomoto Stir well. Remove and serve
